Handcrafted wall panels with the distinctive ray fleck pattern only quarter sawn oak produces. Available in kits sized for any project.
What Makes Quarter-Sawn Oak Special?
Quarter-sawn oak is prized for its straight architectural grain, beautiful natural ray fleck shimmer, and furniture-grade appearance.
Unlike ordinary lumber or fake veneer wall panels, quarter-sawn oak creates a refined, high-end look used in luxury interiors, cabinetry, and fine woodworking.
Each board features:
• Clean straight grain
• Minimal knots
• Natural depth and movement
• Real solid hardwood texture
• A warm modern appearance that changes beautifully with light
This is real hardwood — not laminate, veneer, or MDF.

Ask Rocky for help estimating square footage, choosing the right kit size, or deciding whether you need extra coverage for your layout.
Need a size in between?
If your wall falls between standard kit sizes, start with a 20 or 40 square foot kit and add extra coverage as needed. For example, a 30 square foot wall may use a 20 sq ft kit plus a 10 sq ft add-on, and a 50 square foot wall may use a 40 sq ft kit plus a 10 sq ft add-on.
Tip: Ordering a little extra coverage gives you more flexibility for layout, trimming, and spacing.

What Makes Quarter-Sawn Oak Special?
Quarter-sawn white oak is prized for its clean, straight grain, subtle ray fleck, and exceptional stability. It delivers a more refined architectural look than ordinary flat-sawn boards, which is why it is often used in higher-end cabinetry, furniture, and interior millwork.
Cleaner Grain
Quarter-sawn oak has a straighter, more consistent grain pattern that gives the wall a cleaner and more intentional design feel
Natural Character
The cut reveals the subtle ray fleck and texture that make real white oak feel warm, authentic, and visually rich without looking busy.
Better Stability
Quarter-sawn boards are valued for dimensional stability, helping reduce the movement, cupping, and visual inconsistency often seen in lower-grade material.
