Good to know
A little clarity before you order.
Simple designs, clear choices, and a real person to help.
How do I order?
Choose a product and review your selections. Email the selection to the workshop or call 607-329-5868 to confirm the details and arrange your order. Online payment for the new collection is being prepared.
Can I personalize it?
Name stones include up to 11 characters, including spaces. Pet name stones include a name and the selected image. Memorial verses can have one name added for $15. Longer wording, dates and custom artwork need a conversation.
Will it look exactly like the photograph?
Photos show design examples. Stone shape, color, edges and dimensions vary. Selecting a different material does not change the example photograph. Confirm any specific appearance requirements with the workshop.
What does shipping cost?
The listed shipped prices include shipping. Small name stones also have an in-store purchase option. Confirm the destination and arrangements with the workshop.
Why do some memorials say contact for price?
Each verse comes in one size category. We need to confirm that design’s category before giving its exact size and price; the general pricing guide explains the three categories.
Does a selection or inquiry place an order?
No. A local selection stays in your browser until you choose to email it. Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; the workshop must confirm the order and timing.
